Beautiful rustic finca with two houses and swimming pool in El Perelló

This beautiful finca is located in the area of Perello, 8km from the town of l'Ampolla and the beach, in a quiet and noise free area.

The plot has 37.472m² of land and is planted with olive trees, carob trees and various fruit trees.

The road to the finca is completely asphalted. Once we arrive at the finca, there is a private road which leads directly to the houses.

The first house we find on the left hand side is a listed farmhouse from 1913. It has 141,61m² constructed and 94,71m² usable. It has been completely renovated and is distributed internally in kitchen, lounge/dining room, a room used as an office and bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor where we find another bathroom with bathtub and three double bedrooms. From the main bedroom we have access to a porch terrace.

It is equipped with gas cooker and boiler, heating by gasoil radiators and fireplace.

The second house, built on a lower level than the first one, has a more modern style. It has 127,46m² constructed area and 89,47m² usable area. In the lower part of the house we find the kitchen, through interior stairs we access to the hallway and from here to the living room of the house which gives access to a bedroom, and again from the hallway, to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. All the rooms, except the bathroom and the small bedroom (the one next to the living room), have access from the outside. The house has plenty of natural light.

It is equipped with gas cooker and boiler, double glazed aluminium windows and water heating system from the fireplace.

Attached to the house, there is a small storeroom which is currently used as a laundry room.

The roof of both houses is gable with Arabic tiles.

Outside there are several storage rooms and a swimming pool overlooking the rest of the property.
